• You can conveniently pay for an account purchase as a business customer, association, body or public institution with an open account within 14 days. You will receive an invoice via email to the email address stored in your customer account. You will receive bank account information for payment.
• Cash on delivery.

Please note that in the case of prepayment, we will only begin production after we receive payment and print-ready information.

For short-term forward orders (fast production and next day production), we therefore recommend that you pay with one of our e-payment methods.

SEPA B2B direct debit The SEPA B2B direct debit order is a means of payment for long-term cooperation. We will debit the amounts due for the appropriate payment period directly from your account. Shipping is as usual on request. To do this, print a completed SEPA B2B direct debit form, stamped by your bank, and mail it to us immediately after placing your order.

Note that the SEPA B2B direct debit process is not a direct debit authorization.

You can choose between different proof options (PDF proof, color proof / title proof).

The PDF proof is used to view the finished print file on your monitor. It is created with crop marks, in CMYK and with a resolution of 72 DPI.

The PDF proof can be ordered for all product groups, with the exception of the brochures. You will receive the PDF proof by email to the email address provided.

The color proof or title proof simulates the print result and you can check the colors and text of your print product. Here, depending on the product, you can choose between the front, back and both sides. The title proof is possible for brochures and includes a binding color printout of the front of your brochure.

Color proofs are not possible for special colors, neon paper, poster paper, postcard cardboard, offset paper or brochures.

The ordered proof will be sent to your billing address after the data has been received. The further processing of your order takes place after your approval for printing in the customer area. Please take this into account for time-critical jobs.

Attention: The color proof is not created on the ordered paper and without further processing (cutting, stapling, folding, etc.). The maximum format is A3. Larger products (posters) are scaled to DIN A3.

Please only use closed file formats:

• PDF, JPG, TIFF, EPS

When creating PDF files directly from the layout program, please use the PDF (PDF / X-4 or PDF 1.6).

When saving TIFF files, be sure to flatten all layers down to one layer.

Do not use pre-separated DCS EPS files, this can lead to a different print image.
