Printing and binding of brochures, catalogs, books, booklets and much more in top quality!
Binding types for our brochures
Choose from spiral, loop, staple or full binding brochures. For hardcover brochures, see books for more information.
Our printing house offers a wide range of paper, finishes and folding options. You can choose the right binding type, paper weight and cover finish that suits your purpose, content and the expected lifespan of your brochures. The more frequently your brochures are used, the stronger the cover, binding and paper weight on the inside pages need to be. We will show you the differences between each binding option and their applications for brochure printing here:
Softcover perfect binding brochures
Perfectly bound softcover brochures are suitable for catalogues, business reports and professional periodicals and magazines, among other things. After printing the pages (in increments of 4 to 400 pages), our finishing experts create a perfect PUR binding, which is made of robust polyurethane adhesive and ensures permanent bonding of the pages. No adhesive residue is visible when the pages are turned. In addition to traditional covers, covers with flaps for the front and back can also be ordered. They allow large-area illustrations and information to be placed on the three inner pages, thus making efficient use of space when printing brochures.
Brochures with staples
Depending on the final format, brochures with saddle stitching can be ordered from 8 to max. 100 pages (in groups of four). Saddle stitching (also called staple binding) is a traditional and cost-effective type of binding for periodicals and customer magazines, as well as comics, information brochures, picture and advertising booklets. The printed layers are connected at the spine with two metal staples at the fold. This type of binding is particularly good for large double-sided illustrations, as none of the images are "cropped".
Spiral-bound brochures
We produce brochures from 8 to 100 pages with Wire-O (spiral) binding. They are often used for menus and wine lists, for presentation sheets and price lists, and for notebooks. Wire-O binding is durable and flexible and is available in black, white, and silver. This type of binding allows for easy page turning and individual folding of the brochure.
Loop-bound brochures
Leaflet brochures are ideal for detailed product and service presentations, school supplies, or for subscriptions with regular replacements that are then collected and filed in ring binders or folders. Leaflets from 8 to 100 pages (in increments of 4 and depending on the format chosen) can be eye-tied.
